مرحبا اريد منكم مساعدتي في اعداد هذا الموضوع في اللغة الانجليزية و أنا أحتاجه غدا
show awareness intelligence tact and ability to deal conflict
1-you should understand and charify the origin of the conflict .
2-you should work together to reach a friendly solution (negatiating) in solving classrom ,school and community disagreement .
3-respect the others' point of view (tolerance(
4-give constructive criticism (working in groupes)
