shy pupils victims of large number classes

Nowadays large number classes are seen everywhere and elsewhere.How poor and unlucky are my colleagues.During their teaching and their evaluating their learners works.A class of 45 in the south maybe it s a class of 50 in the north .Can you imagine how much time does it take to correct a test or exam if a teacher has 7 classes ...what can we say God helps him or herالله يعاون الأستاذ . The problem occurs seriousily during the lesson s in classes.Shy or timid learners will not have apart time or participate in this course because maybe the teacher will not have even to look at them and they feel that they are ignored and lonely. Some psychologists argued that this kind of learners will feel a bit aligned and far away from their colleagues and mates ..so what do you suggest if you face such sort or kind of problems

it is important not to expect too much too soon . Some learners are by their very nature quiet and prefer to listen..read and take notes for a considerable length of time before they are ready to speak. In your discussion with the student in his native language you could suggest that perhaps he is not ready for a one to one class at this particular stage. Maybe he would benefit from a group course to begin with, where he would be able to adopt a more passive learning role, and then move on to a one to one when he has more confidence in the language.

This year I was given 7 classes to teach and as you said sir may God help us.A teacher can find it enjoyable:closedeyes: to correct papers of 280 pupils about 9 times a year.I mayself did that but I was indeed very tired and:busted_red: exhausted.Now to go back to the question in hand,I admit that there are so many pupils of the kind,I remember that one day I was waiting for the pupils to get in the class and suddenly I saw one of them I said to him do you study here and was surprised to find him one of my pupils.:scared:
o shy kids we might say we are blessed with them,sometimes I try to ask them to repeat especially easy sentences during the Listen and Speak session.We ask them to work in pairs or groups so they can involve in society I mean the class society.But to be honest I tried to make them learn in groups ,in fact ,I made the kids experience some good funny atmosphere in the class and regreted it the whole year.​

shy kids are indeed victims of crowded classes.What shall a teacher do if she can't have control over 54 pupils is that fair.We might say that a man may be stronger but for a woman it's not the case.​

Sir you asked us once to befriend the pupils and I said yes I like the idea I tried it but it wasn't good at all.The teacher must be supported by the administration ,otherwise,he'll be in hell.​

So the conclusion is that,if we have peaceful classes then it'll be sure that the teacher will do his best to see all his pupils instead of engaging himself in shouting to someone to sit down and an other to keep silent and an other one from roaming in the class or opening a window and chatting with a friend from outside.

what i see that you teach in middle school is it right Miss .any way i always go with the inspector to attend lessons with trainees and they always complain about that ..i ve a news that may not correct the programme of 1AM will change starting from the next year

Yes ,Sir I'm a middle school teacher.So they might change it may be it'll be better.By the way I've heard that they are going to make 3rd Am pass their BEF is that true?​

this depends on the primary school if they started teaching French in 2 Ps primary school class and so all these are talkings .we hope that this will be better next year by the way they always give me 4 Am classes only it s very good for me and i always go with the inspector and intend courses and prepare lessons for trainees so where are you from or which willaya you teach in Miss cute Angel
