The more you give the best you receive this true saying is seen in our daily life in all fields
As a teacher of English in a middle school i taught six 4AM classes this school year2010/2011 ; they were perfect not all the pupils some are weak of course but i deduced that when you do your best in explaining and teaching your pupils they will respect you and this is a great reward
from your pupils before the reward of God
During my experience in teaching i deduced even the noisy pupils when they see you do or did your best they will respect you moreover they will be quiet during your lessons
and this reward number two
so is there any reward better than that

I remember an advice from my teacher Mr Benguena Fouad who lived in Ziadia and taught in the ITE Allaoua Ben Batouche Constantine in 1989 is try to be the best friend to your pupils
I hope that he is still alive if he died God Bless him

there is an old proverb which Said :he lived was known as much of the same
عاش من عرف قدر نفسه ( اخترم نفسه و أدى واجبه على أكمل وجه)

Of course, whenever I performed your duty to the fullest and without fraud, everyone will respect you automatically
Of myself and I respect you a lot and as much as I respect my parents
