Teaching English in el oued is something needed because of many facts
The willaya is very large from Djamaa to meghair towards Biskra and from Robah to taleb larbi towards tebbessa and to Mih ounssa towards Ouargula ,there are many middle schools and this requires many teachers of foreign language such as french and english ; hence we see and meet new teachers there during my mission of inspection with our inspector of English .These teachers are from different towns such as : Skikda , Guelma and Biskra ....and even from Tebessa and other willayas from the west such as Ghilizene and Saida and Mascara
the only astonishing thing is that these teachers are female ones some living in their schools because they work in the country side or rural places and some in the center of town where they live in the university dormetry
or they rent houses they live in groups
and we should n t deny that they are respectful teachers and they work hard in their classes . I met them in seminars and BEM correction and they were helpful and honest in working
so thanks for their helps
