The recipe couscous

couscous is a traditional famous dish in algerian .it is made of semoulina. that is mixed with water is a certaim methad to obtain small grain . twice in the first twice .we add some water and salt in the second twice we add sone fatter
couscous is served with a soup prepared with onions turnips garlic courgettés .meat ..tomatoes. oil. salt
it is usmally cooked in occassion such as aid , weddings

this dish is called kouskous,it's made of semoulina with has been done in a proper way,it's worked with water in a certain method so as to obtain small grains .The small grains are cooked on the steam twice .In the first time we add salt & water , in the second time we add some butter or margarine .

kouskous is served with a soup prepared with meat,onions,courgette,turnips and chick peas.
It's usually cooked on diffrent occasions such as weddings,Aid Elfitr,Tthe new year.....etc
