Good advices to teachers

Teaching is a nobel sweet job moreover it s a sacred one. A God fearing teacher always does and did all his bests and efforts in order to achieve his or her goals in language teaching.The only and the main step you must go in
1- Try to be the best friend to your pupils. I know that my point of view will not satisfy the majority of my colleagues.Let your pupils love you because of your good manner and high personnality .Try to let them work and talk ..You should never waste time in gossiping.let your work more than your talk..try to be their model in all their your life..Avoid teaching meaningless and doubt things you are not sure about them.My friends i know that it s abit difficult to act these in nowadays classes but do your best so m waiting for your comments ...

I did once believed in the idea of being a friend to pupils but it wasn't that good.Now a days ,pupils will think it a sign of weakness and they'll destroy your efforts to help them keeping a smile on your face.Sorry to say that but I have been tortured this year to be honest .Insults that you'll never hear a person saying against God and so on. they even tried to beat other teachers.How do you ask me to be a friend I love the idea so much I tried it once but this year insha'allah I'll do my best to change my personality ,eventhough,it's hard to pretend sth that doesn't belong to yourself.​

i think in the begenning specielly the first
meeting with the learners the teacher has to be more
serious .. avoid smilling alot and trust himself
in order to make his learners respect him
then after a period of time he can try to be a friend for them
this is my idea ..but i didnt try it yet
if GOD well this will be my first year in teaching

Hi,again

There is sth which I want to shed some light upon.Excuse me I mean no offence but the word advice is an uncountable noun so we shouldn't say advices we say advice and pieces of advice.
