i hv finished studing it , i have a master degree but as u know languages can never be fully learned , it is a lifelong process

What do you think, is our country "Algeria rulers" cares about keeping our world safe or they just care about them self excluding us the poor people from their thoughts.

don not even care about the poor ones either they exist or not
they do care about their presonal interests
it's not a matter of responsability but of conscious
I see that they are ruling Algeria as it is their personal stuff
